- Non-Eligible Refunds: Since all products are unique and produced only upon order, we do not support refunds if the customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.
- Eligible Refunds: In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund. Please report such issues within 30 days of product delivery by contacting us through our “Submit issue” form and providing a clear photo or video of the issue. For multiple affected items, a photo or video that shows all items together is required.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method. If the transaction was in a currency other than USD, the refund will be directly returned to the payment source.
- Delivery Issues: For undelivered products, you can choose either a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.

Additional Information:
- Print Tolerance: For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, there is a print placement tolerance of 0.5 inches. Minor variations in print placement will not be considered defects and are ineligible for refunds.
