Terms and Conditions for Promotions
Promotional Discounts:

Facebook Contest Terms:
Eligibility: The contest is open to anyone aged 18 and above. Participants must comment “@highlight” on the designated Facebook post to enter the contest.
Contest Period: The contest will run for 30 days from the date of the Facebook post announcement. ReplyFX LLC reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest period depending on the sales volume and engagement.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The winner will be announced on our Facebook page and contacted directly via Facebook notifications to claim their prize.
Prize and Usage Rights:
- Prize Description: The winner will receive a custom vehicle rendering valued at $2,000.
- Rights of Use: By accepting the prize, the winner grants ReplyFX LLC the right to use the custom vehicle rendering in any promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing efforts. The rendering may be displayed on our website, social media platforms, and in other media forms without further compensation or notice to the winner.
Entry Conditions: Participants must sign up for notifications to be informed of their winning status. Entries missing the “@highlight” comment or failing to follow entry instructions will not be considered valid.
Prize Claim: Winners must acknowledge their acceptance of the prize within a specified timeframe by responding to our notification. Failure to respond within the timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Promotion and Consent: By entering the contest, participants consent to the use of their names and any contest-related photographs by ReplyFX LLC for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
