Return Policy and Process

At ReplyFX LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality, custom-made products that are printed on demand just for you. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we follow a specific return policy.

Return Eligibility:

  • Non-Eligible Returns: We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind, as each product is uniquely made for each customer.
  • Eligible Returns: In the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund. Please report the issue within 30 days of product delivery.

Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return for a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please contact our customer service through our “Contact Page” form on our website. You will need to provide a clear photo or video demonstrating the problem. For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, please include a photo or video showing all affected items together.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds for eligible returns are processed back to the original payment method. If you made your payment in a currency other than USD, the refund would be issued directly to your original payment source.

Additional Information:

  • Delivery Issues: If there is an issue with delivery (e.g., package not delivered), you may opt for a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.
  • Print Tolerance: For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, please note there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations in the print placement are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
